28-Day Returns Window
You are entitled to a return within 28 days of receipt of your items. Please understand that we are unable to accept returns of any food or drink items.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and within its original packaging. Proof of purchase or a receipt is necessary to proceed with the return.
Initiating a Return

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on the return process. An item sent back without a prior return request may be rejected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. Should there be any defects, damage, or if an incorrect item has been received, make sure to contact us straight away so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns on perishable goods like food, flowers, or plants, nor on custom products such as special orders or personalised items, and on personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). If you have any queries about a specific item, please reach out.
Returns on sale items or gift cards are not possible.
Exchanges
Should you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item first. Once your return is processed and accepted, you may make a new purchase for your desired item. Please note that any shipping costs associated with exchanges are borne by the customer.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In alignment with EU regulations, the cooling-off period allows for returns within 14 days. Items must be in untarnished and unworn condition, with original tags and packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Upon receipt and assessment of your return, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If the refund is authorised, it will be processed to the original method of payment. Be aware that there may be some processing time before your financial institution completes the refund.
